    Not sure what happened with plugin, all of a sudden it started to be not compatible with my Users Ultra Pro plugin. Did not make any changes to the site. It was working perfect until a day ago. When both plugins are activated, my map keep loading but never actually load. Any way to resolve it? Both plugins worked great and I dont want to delete neither of them!

    Did you recently update one of the 2 plugins or added any other plugin?

    please provide a URL, FTP and admin credentials in a private reply (below “Notify me of follow-up replies via email”, only staff can read them) and we will see what we can do…

    Hi,
    

    the error appears on their side, so they should at least investigate to see if they can fix it.
    

    Aren’t you a paying member of their website? They don’t even answer???
    

    You said they were working together before right? Did you install any new plugin right before it stopped working? The conflict could be due to something else too.
    

    Have you tried diabling all plugins leaving just GD and this plugin active to test if the problem disappears?

    They tell me that its not their plugin that causing error, even though it works perfect once I deactivate Users Ultra… I havent installed anything or update anything to trigger an error.. Still cant figure out what is wrong exactly
