Hello ever since i upgraded the geo directory to 1.3.6 the placement Information tab is not appearing when i want to create a new location. When i try to create the new location the publish button says ‘submit for review’
February 13, 2015 at 4:48 am #30811When i try to create a new location, it automatically redirects to a all post page.
February 13, 2015 at 4:49 am #30812Also the post i create does not seem to save in to the system

I think the problem is due to the Location Manager still at version 1.2.2 when latest is 1.2.5.
Can you please try to update the addon too and see if that fixes everything?
Let us know,
Thx
February 13, 2015 at 6:38 pm #30844I cant seem to download the latest version.
I receive a message in the downloads section that says ‘Only Members of the Addons Bundle Subscription are entitled to download Addons and Updates’
February 13, 2015 at 6:44 pm #30845That’s normal, you purchased via theme tailors and you are not a member of any subscription here.
You can download via your “My Order” page on Theme Tailors or Auto Update via your dashboard.
Click on GD >> Auto Updates and enter username and password used to access this forum. VIsit the plugin page and you will see that there is an update available for MultiLocation. CLick on update and let the machines do the work…
Let us know,
Thx
February 13, 2015 at 7:20 pm #30848Logged in to theme taylors but it still downloads 1.2.4, this isb the oage that says All GeoDirectory addons now provide auto update option even if purchased here on themetailors.com. Just register on the wpgeodirectory.com forum to discover how.
http://geodirectory.themetailors.com/tt/portfolio/multilocations/February 13, 2015 at 7:56 pm #30849Ops, that’s my fault, I failed to upload the latest version. Now I’ve updated it there too.
Anyway, I would go the autoupdate way if I were in you…
Thx for letting me notice this and sorry for the inconvenience!
February 13, 2015 at 10:06 pm #30860I can now see the information and fields but now it seems that it doesn’t save the data when I try to publish it. The location PERMALINK shows that the location is in Newport Beach California even if i add an address from a different state, Washington Silver Lake. Why do the permalink not update correctly? Does this have anything to do with auto increment?
February 14, 2015 at 11:47 am #30887hi execfro,
I have looked at your backend and it’s painful to work on, something is telling WP to check for updates on every page load. I would try disabling all non GD plugins and checking if things improve speed wise and also for adding posts, then if they do try enabling each plugin one by one until u find the one causing the problems.
Thanks,
Stiofan
February 14, 2015 at 3:45 pm #30904You I can confirm that working on your website backend is really painful. Almost 2 miuntes to load the Places page…

I just disabled all the plugins. I am convinced is an auto_increment issue with the geo tables. I had the same issue with the wp tables that got corrupted via and import / export. I reset the wordpress ones and notice. how do i reset the geo auto_increments? Do you have a script i can past into phpmyadmin. I can give you access to that too. Thank you guys!February 14, 2015 at 4:03 pm #30908ps. back end is much faster now.
