    ok, took alot of time diggin into this but i think the problem was one of your locations had an ID of “0” which the system was reading as non existent and causing problems, please check it there are any problems remaining.

    Which location was it? Do you think this was an auto-increment issue?

    You will need to set the FTP Transfer setting: Active

    it was the location where our last test place was located…

    It was just the fact the incrementation should have started from 1 not 0
