    Hi All,

    I’ve now opted to use Divi as my master theme. After selecting a page as GD Home page it adds widgets as specified by design page, as it should, however it still remains within the Divi content for a normal page and the %s used on the design page are ignored.

    This leads to a large amount of gutter which could be better utilised. This of course is cosmetic but it would be good if someone could have a look and suggest a fix.

    The first image is a dummy page set up using Divi and adding widgets manually. I would like the margins to be that size. Picture 2 is the result of what happens if using GD home page with Divi.

    Many Thanks

    Ian

    Hi Ian, post the URLs of those pages, please. You can do that in a private reply if you like.
    Without being able to inspect the code, we cannot assist.
    Thanks

    Divi always needs a bit of adjustment, I added this CSS at GD > Design > Scripts > CSS:

    @media (min-width: 981px) {
    #left-area {width: 65%;}
    #sidebar {width: 35%;}
    .et_right_sidebar #main-content .container:before {right: 35%!important;}
    }

    Adjust as required.

    Thanks

    Thanks Guust, and thank you for showing how you did it, that means I can learn 🙂

    The code only half does what I was looking to achieve though. I’m really looking at reducing the white space of the margins (left of the left section, and right of the side bar). Any simple solutions?

    Thanks again

    Ian

    I added a bit more CSS, you should try yourself using this guide:

    Thanks
