Geodirectory Framework giving 503 error message

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hello –

    Everything works fine with Supreme Directory but when I try to switch over to framework or a child theme I get this message:

    Service Unavailable

    The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

    Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Any idea on a resolution?

    Hi,

    sounds like a server issue, do you have access to a server log. If not, please provide a link, admin and ftp credentials.

    We’ll follow up from there.
