GeoDirectory installed now Genesis Responsive Slideshow not showing up

I just installed GeoDirectory. I DO NOT want it on my home page but as a menu item. I did select a “start” page for GD and added a blank page and menu item for it. It shows up fine with the demo data.

BUT now on my HOME page the Genesis Responsive Slideshow is just blank. I found this post https://wordpress.org/support/topic/interfering-with-genesis-slider and added the code to my functions.php and it did not work. See attached for what that did.

Latest version of everything.

At GD Permalinks, choose your location page as “GD Home page”.
At WP Settings > Reading > choose your website homepage [your existing homepage] at “Front page”.

This did not work. “At GD Permalinks, choose your location page as “GD Home page”.”

The Genesis Responsive slideshow is blank on the home page with GD installed. PLUS GD is overriding my theme and showing breadcrumbs on every page! I have breadcrumbs turned off in Genesis settings.

It does seem that GD is overriding my theme in several instances.

OK, I just checked and I did NOT have country blocking on after all since this is a development site. So I’m thinking you put in the wrong PW and got locked out.
