    Hey guys,

I just purchased the Location Manager plugin and then noticed that the GeoDirectory plugin in general is conflicting with my WooCommerce shop experience. I’ve isolated the issue down to when GeoDirectory is activated.

    Here’s my shop archives: http://amador360-staging.mckmedia.co/shop/

Here are the steps the reproduce the issue:

    1) Click an “Add to Cart” button with 1 product quantity.
    2) The product is added once, and then the page continues loading until it’s added again. In total 2 products get added to the cart.

I checked the console for errors and found an issue that looks like it is coming from GeoDirectory. I believe the add to cart button is using ajax.

Why would these two pieces of functionality be conflicting?

    Looking forward to your help!

    Hi Leigh,

Do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can check on the backend? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I see you have W3 Total Cache installed. That plugin is not compatible with GeoDirectory, only Wp Super Cache + Autoptimizer and GD Booster are. Remove it please and make sure to delete the files and folders it creates in wp-content too.

If the problem persist, it’s also possible that the conflict isn’t with WooCommerce itself (nobody ever reported it), but with one of the many extensions that you have installed

Did you try deactivating them momentarily to see if the problem persist? That would help chasing the culprit.

    Let us know,

    Paolo,

I have W3 Total Cache activated but none of the settings are on.

Ok thanks, did you try deactivating the Woocommerce extensions to test?

If you provide FTP info also we will be able to test.

    Thanks,

    Hey Stiofan & Paolo,

I’m sorry I got distracted by other work and missed your responses. I removed W3 total cache and installed WP Super Cache and have narrowed down the issue:

GeoDirectory + WooCommerce + Page Caching causes the duplicate AddtoCart issue.

When it’s just WooCommerce + Page Caching, there’s no issue. For some reason, when all three are activated then the issue occurs.

Would you guys be able to please help me troubleshoot and resolve this issue? I will send FTP info in a private message.
