GeoDirectory Location Manager Auto Update failure

Trying to update the GeoDirectory Location Manager – WP says I have Version 1.3.9 and that Version 1.4.3 is available. When I attempt to update, I get the error –

Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory > Auto Updates and that your membership is active. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

So I went to GeoDirectory > Auto Updates. I have the correct username. I entered the only license key for the Location Manager, found under downloads in my GeoDirectory account. Still get the same error when trying to update. Help? thank you.
