Is there a way I can remove the “Claim listings” please? It’s not really relevant to my site to have this as all listings are business owned and approved.
Thank you.May 24, 2019 at 3:41 am #488550Hi,
I am no longer taking payments on my website, as I’m invoicing people in XERO separately. I’m not sure how to manage this change in Geodirectory. How do I stop invoices being sent and viewed please?
Thank you,

De-activate the Claim Listings addon.

How do I stop invoices being sent and viewed please?De-activate the Pricing Manager addon and the Invoicing plugin.
For your other questions, can you provide WP admin login please.
Thanks

You should be able to just disconnect Invoicing at GD > Settings > Pricing > Cart > No Cart.If you have any recurring packages set up, you will need to cancel any ongoing contracts with your users at the payment gateway.
Depending on your settings, that will mean that those listings will expire when the next payment is required, so you will have to keep an eye on that. Can you please check the WP admin details you sent, they are not working for me.
Thanks

If you want users to add listings from the frontend using the Add Listing page, and you want different packages, then you will need to use Invoicing. Only if you want to do everything manually from the backend can you avoid that.
You can set all packages to $0 but you will create a lot of work for yourself.2. You need to change to businesses, see image.
3. Add this CSS:
.lity-content .lity-caption {display: none;}Thanks

We are still having trouble working out what to do with invoicing. We have disconnected Invoicing at GD > Settings > Pricing > Cart > No Cart. But after doing that, when you try to add a new listing on the front end (free event listing at $0), it gives an error after clicking Submit Listing “Error: No Cart has been setup to accept payments.”
Is it still possible to set up a free listing that does not generate an invoice?
