Geomap not displaying properly

    HI,

    We have added a test listing from “Las Vegas” location through GeoDirectory plugin. but it’s on displaying on map properly. we are getting below error message on map.

    Error message: “Sorry, no record were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again”

    Please check attached snapshot & resolve the issue ASAP.

    you have this error on that page:

    This is normally due to another plugin or the theme including the Google Maps API as well as GeoDirectory. Most themes and plugins that include the Gmap API also provide an option to disable it. If they don’t, it’s normally possible to unenqueue the call to the API adding a code snippet via functions.php of the active theme.

    If you can’t find this, please provide admin credentials in a private reply and we will look into it for you.

    The json on the page is not being created for the listing, i have never seen this before, please provide FTP info and i’ll take a look.

    Thanks for the info, you had the category selection disabled, which is where the marker gets certain info from and it was breaking it. You will have to save the listing and select a category to make it work, i have done this for your test listing.
