I am trying to purchase the plugin membership but I am not able to purchase it.

Also, there is no any error message is displayed. I have tried to purchase membership a couple of times but no any result.

Hi,

I am Developer from India and I am trying to purchase the plugin membership for my client who is from the United State but I am not able to purchase it.

Also, there is no any error message is displayed. I have tried to purchase membership a couple of times but no any result.

Please check is it my credit card is charged multiple times?

Hi Stiofan,

I have used the same card for other transactions and it is working fine. I just tried again to purchase the membership still same issue was encountered.

Please have a look into the issue again and let me know. So I can contact my client.
