Hello,
My plugin appears to have failed to work on the new version of wordpress? Any ideas?
February 23, 2017 at 7:16 pm #363455Hi Matt,
I’m able to see a console error when I inspected your Website http://prntscr.com/ecjd0n . Could you try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if it fixes the issue there? If the issue persists, please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

Not really sure what’s going there but it seems to work now when I inspected it http://prntscr.com/ecpaog . Did you somehow fix this on your own?
February 24, 2017 at 2:00 pm #363638Hey!
No I didn’t. So it is very weird. It works when you are logged in as an admin and not when you’re visiting the site as a guest.
I owe a client an update at 5pm CST today so any insight would be great.
February 24, 2017 at 5:59 pm #363693Hello Sir!
I am supposed to deliver the completed site to the client by 5pm CST today. Obviously this is a crucial piece of the site so any thoughts on a solution would be great!

February 24, 2017 at 6:16 pm #363701Hi,
it works when logged in, not when logged out. Could be a cache problem, if you provide FTP credentials we will follow up.
However it would be faster if you could disable all non GD plugins momentarily to see if the problem goes away and let us know. That way we’d know where the culprit is.
Let us know,
Thanks

I can’t find anything wrong. The system works flawlessly after I log in, so it must be a cache thing. What kind of server is that? Can you ask to the hosting support if it uses a built in caching system of any kind?
If it does, either you need to ask them to disable it or you need to move to a traditional hosting plan with no built in cache.
Let us know,
Thanks
February 24, 2017 at 10:17 pm #363754Right. THat is what has me so confused. It is very weird isnt it?
I will ask them
February 26, 2017 at 4:28 pm #363983I discussed with my hosting. We have no caching. This is very puzzling.
Any ideas? I might need to use a different service if we cant figure this out.
February 27, 2017 at 6:49 am #364044Hi Matt,
There was two reason that breaks one is JS error and one from your theme.
– You have used <script> tag in Google JS Embed Code in Theme -> Customize -> Header -> Analytics code. You have to use JS code without script tags.
– One of file custom-functions.php of your theme has defined ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE variable, which is used in WPML plugin (i should be to checked WPML availability before define ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE ). so our functions conflicts as ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE is defined and WPML not.I have fixed both these. Let us know.
Thanks,
Kiran -
