    Hi support team,

after adding new CPT’s and setup corresponding categories as well by adding some test listings by copy paste them into the corresponding gd_”cpt”_detail table.

The gMap widget of the homepage is not working any more. Even by deactivating all addon plugins.

Please help to adjust and find out, what is wrong.

    THANKS, Alex

That is really not the way to import listings. You really should use the CSV import. Just adding some data in the database does not create the correct connections between all the tables.

Post your WP admin and we’ll have a look. We might also need your database details, ie phpMyAdmin.

None of the listings you pasted into the database have a connection to a price package etc, so they corrupt the system.
I trashed the incorrect places, so that CPT works again.
You will need to do the same with Acommodation and Hospitality.

IN future, export a CSV file, update and add listings with all the required data, and import.

    Hi Guust,

thank you. Is there a instruction available how to exactly proceed furhter with export/import listings, because I am trying to use it with open office calc with example table but I still have problems to implement these files, because the columns do not match.

    Regards, Alex

Hi Guust, finally I found out, that the CSV file had wrong latitute and longitute format instead of dot “.” it was a comma “,”.

Now after reimport it works now.

    THANKS for helping…

    Alex
