Google Map Front End Display Without Physical Address

All of our Places have so far had a physical address. We are signing up our first business that does not have a physical address. The city name is entered in the street field and the map is displaying correctly in the backend editor. But the map isn’t displaying on the front. The listing is Private published. We don’t wish to create a new CPT. See attached images.

Can you advise a solution for this?
