    there are several jquery error on that page, is everything updated? (core + add-ons)

    If they are, please provide a link and admin credentials and we will have a look.

    Did you recently add any new plugin that may have caused this problem? The next thing I would do is trying to disable all non GD plugins momentarily to see if the problem goes away.

    Let me know if you already tried or if we can try that.

    looking at your home page code, it seems like Cloudflare Rocket Loader is not disabled. Please make sure to turn it off completely.

    Hi after disabling the plugins I noticed this at the top of the home page:

    jQuery.noConflict();

    Right after the 

    <body>

    tag.

    Do you know who added it and where?

    If that’s not the problem, I’ll have to ask to the developers to follow up, because I can’t think of anything else.
