The console displays the following error…
Google Maps API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys
Please help me! Thanks.

All the info is there for your maps, and the listings are on your map, but your map does not display, it seems to be behind a grey layer.
I’ll get Paolo to have a look for you.March 23, 2016 at 4:38 pm #144996Hi,
the problem I think is that none of your place category has a category icon.
That’s a mandatory field.
Let us know if that helped.
Thanks,
March 23, 2016 at 4:55 pm #144997Actually that is not the reason why it doesn’t work. I just added 1 test icon to all categories via export/import and the problem was still there.
The problem is in the locations. You entered all listings in locations with wrong lat and long coordinates.
For example you have several Bogotà cities, each in a different region. Not sure why, as far as I know there is one Bogotà in Colombia.
Only the default city is entered correctly. All other if you edit them you will see that the map is grey, because those lat and long are wrong.
Let me know if this points you in the right direction.
Thanks
March 24, 2016 at 7:27 am #145409Hi Paolo,
You could explain the differences between City, Region and Neighborhood? for example in the case of Bogotá, this would be correct?
Country: Colombia - City: Bogotá - Region: Engativa - Neighborhood: Bolivia Real
Google Maps ref of Bolivia Real, Engativa, Bogotá, Colombia.
A Country contains Cities and Cities contains Regions and Regions contains neighborhoods? or Regions contain Cities and Cities contain Neighborhood?
Moreover, Can i import Neighborhood on the CSV of places?
Thanks Paolo & Guust too!
Regards!
March 24, 2016 at 9:06 am #145447Hi Paolo,
Can you check this CSV? When I import, gray map is shown, but when a single charge manually, the map is good.
The coordinates were generated with http://www.findlatitudeandlongitude.com/batch-geocode/
Thank you.
Regards!
March 24, 2016 at 11:37 am #145466Your coordinates have to be decimal like 4.717657 not 4.717.657
March 26, 2016 at 9:04 am #146145Hi Guust & Paolo,
When I import the attachment in GD, the process of importing responds ok, but does not keep the data provided in the CSV.
– The field “Enter title here” is empty on the edit screen, but in the main list shows the value.
– The “Address” field is not filled with the information of “post_address” CSV field.
– When you import, the value of the coordinates is changed. All that can see in the attached image or please enter to the admin panel.
Moreover, in the CSV file attachment will see three fields referring to the address of the service:
1 – “post_address – For Fill Full Address”, I use this value to fill the “Full Address for generate Coord on BATCH GEOCODING” field. (Eg. Carrera 112A # 78F-19)
2 – “post_address – BATCH GEOCODING address output” (Eg. Cra. 112a # 78-19), these values get the result when process “Full Address for generate Coord on BATCH GEOCODING” on “BATCH GEOCODING”.
3 – “Full Address for generate Coord on BATCH GEOCODING” use this address to generate the coordinates in “BATCH GEOCODING”. (Eg. Carrera 112A # 78F-19, Bogota, Colombia)
In the last import i did, use the “post_address – BATCH GEOCODING address output” (eg. Cra. 112a # 78-19), but as i said before the address field is not fill and the coordinates changed, what would be the correct format to include the direction? BATCH GEOCODING address Output (eg. Cra. 112a # 78-19) or Manual Definition (eg. Carrera 112A # 78F-19)?
Could you please check again the CSV?
I await your response and thanks.
Regards!
March 26, 2016 at 9:32 am #146150All I can see wrong is that the lat and long is still formatted incorrectly.
March 26, 2016 at 9:53 am #146151Hi Guust,
Why? This coord 4.717657,-74.122158 works on Google Maps. (eg. https://goo.gl/maps/zDmvEL3QxiF2)
Any reply of the others questions?
Thanks.
Regards.March 26, 2016 at 12:50 pm #146208Yes, but that is not how you have it in the CSV file, you have 4.717.657,-74.122.158, not 4.717657,-74.122158. See the extra dots?
So try correcting that.
I tested with just two and it all works fine for me: look for the 2 last ones imported.March 26, 2016 at 9:13 pm #151865Hi Guust and Paolo,
I check the CSV file in Excel and Notepad (attached capture) and is correct as you suggest.
Attached the same CSV file on this post again.
Any response to other questions or everything is related to the coordinates?
I await your response and thanks.
Regards!
March 27, 2016 at 1:03 am #152055Now you have introduced “illegal” characters, probably by using Excel: Bogot
Maybe all your problems come from the fact you use Excel?
There is no problem with any of your other questions, as I said I can upload listings completely fine.
This is what I would do:Move all existing listings to draft (or delete).
Create 2 listings just the way you want them from the front end.
Export CSV with LibreOffice only.
Add all your other listings in the CSV, but do not copy from Excel.
Use https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#batch if you like.
Start with 5 and see how you go. -
