Hi Team,
I bought the GT Vouchers plugin last week and I’m getting an error with listings with vouchers. When I add a voucher to a listing, that listing won’t fully load and console error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: geodir_advanced_search_js_msg is not defined
at geodir_search_setup_ac (frontend.min.js:1)
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (frontend.min.js:1)
at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)I had a look to see what happens if I disable the Advanced Search plugin and I get the same error referring to the GD Reviews plugin, disable that and the page still won’t load but not more errors

I have reached out to Jeff to explain the issue.
His response:
I understand that adding the voucher breaks the listing, but as the error is coming from the GeoDirectory Advanced Search and is about missing text, that developer is the place to seek support from first. If my plugin is involved somehow, I’m happy to work on it, but it seems to be the secondary issue.
JeffIs this something you have come across before? How can we fix it?

I looked and it seems something breaking the listing detail page. On detail page after profile tab there is no content loaded. For GeoDirectory some JavaScript are loaded in footer, but as on detail page footer not loaded due to page breaking it raises JavaScript errors.
Please contact GT Vouchers Developer for the support or provide FTP credentials so we can look into more.

I’m happy to go back to Jeff, but as you can see in my original post, he asked me to go to you.
Kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place here.
Is there some way we can get Jeff in on this thread?

I changed the gtd-vouchers/cache permissions and we have a visible listing!
On that listing, if I click on the “Create / Edit WOWdeals” in the sidebar, then create a new voucher, I get the same error in the console and the page won’t load.
How do we fix this one Kiran?
P.S. I know I have CSS padding issues, I will fix them. Please don’t hate me LOL.

Please check now. There was a memory limit problem.
I have added following line in root wp-config.php file and now it is working fine.
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Final note before signing off. I know that my site isn’t exactly fast, but its not awful at 5-7 seconds. However, I just timed the Create new Voucher page at almost 40 seconds???? Whats all that about? Editing a Voucher takes no longer than usual, but creating one is painfully slow.

May be during create voucher it required to load some libraries, that’s why it taking time for adding voucher.
The GTD Voucher developer can help you to find out exact reason for slow loading. Please can contact them.Kiran

I have contacted GT-Vouchers with a support ticket. Please feel free to keep this thread open and I will post an update when the speed issue is resolved. That info may be helpful for someone else in the future.
