Having issues with adding addresses, pleeeese help!

    Howdy Guust

    I have another couple of questions which I need help with.

    1. The client Kelly on the home page (https://ichoosesa.wpengine.com/) wants me to be able to have a section called Featured Businesses. At the moment we have Featured Places but these are just a heaps of business Kelly doesnt really know how they got there. But what she wants to happen instead is that Businesses she has personally selected as Featured Businesses will display in this section. These businesses will be selected by her as featured because they might be local SA businesses or could be because they are businesses that contribute to our state. She just wants to be able to select the businesses that get displayed under the Featured Places section.
    2. The second question and request is that under Popular Places, those places/businesses are actually Popular. These businesses/places will be under this section because they are the most popular Places/Businesses in the directory.

    Those Featured Places and Popular Places got there because you added 2 “GD Listings” elements to the front page:

    [gd_listings title="Popular Places" post_type="gd_place" sort_by="az" title_tag="h3" layout="gridview_onefifth" post_limit="15"]

    As you can see, both sections are ordered from A to Z.
    The first section shows featured only.

    To feature listings, you need to add the “Featured” custom field.
    Set it to “admin only” if you want to manually select featured listings.

    Guust I have started another post in the forum asking for help with badges, I was wondering if you might be able to put me in the right direction?

    Basically what I want is to be able to have a badge that will display prominently on a listing that will show a message based on what they have selected in a custom field on their business listing. For example we want a badge to appear near the top of a business listing that would say “SA Owned & Operated Business” if they selected that in the IChoose SA Business Type custom field. Or if they selected “SA Supporter” it would display SA Supporter.

    I did try and work this out for myself but I am just not smart enough and Kor did try and send me to the right place.
