I did not activate Location Manager it was already active.
I did deactivate GD Booster. With GD booster active, maps were not showing.
April 19, 2018 at 6:19 pm #427301Ok,
Either GD Booster is deactivated while Locations Manager is running and the site works (But runs very slowly)
OR Locations Manager is deactivated while GD booster is running ( Runs fast But I can’t use Locations Manager which is a big issue)Regardless I need both of them active. Can you please help to resolve this issue?
April 19, 2018 at 7:11 pm #427309Can you say more about the issue with Location Manager?
What do you mean you “can’t use Location Manager”?

We will take another look at it and let you know.

I have been working with Bluehost the last two nights. There final conclusion is this: “Thank you for holding the line Matt. The level 2 team has checked the issue and they have informed me that the issue is not from the server end, unfortunately your web developers should look into this.”
Currently the GD Locations Manager is deactivated. The site seems to work fine when GD Locations Manager is deactivated. Once it is activated it starts sending viewers to 500 internal server error page. (This happens at different times on smart phones and web browsers like FF and Chrome).
I will clear the history and enter the website again (Or deactivate and activate Locations Manager) and the site works until I move around the site.
I need the Locations Manager to work without sending viewers to a 500 errors page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
April 23, 2018 at 6:31 am #427631Hi Matt,
Thanks you for reply.
Enabling GD Location Manager giving 500 internal server error page, it means there must be any conflict/error with Location Manager.
It showing “500 internal server error”, so there must be errors(related to Location Manager) in error log at your server. Can you share error log with us, it can helps us to find easily what causing error?
Let us know.

April 23, 2018 at 7:03 pm #427714Hi Kiran,
From Bluehost: There is one error log in your File Manager.
Below is the error log
PHP Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=4609 in /home2/trekwest/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1924I sent him a link that shows 500 internal service error He then said “That is because the link “/places/bridge/dorchesters-trestle/” is not exist in your File Manager.”
Same with a few other examples I sent him. another link same result — “/places/bridge/dorchesters-trestle/” is not exist in your File Manager.

The developers will take another look as soon as possible.
April 24, 2018 at 7:01 am #427778Hi Matt,
Finally i have fixed “500 internal server error” issue.
There are few things that causing this problem. You have selected same page for Home & Location under GeoDirectory > Permalinks which is incorrect. Home & Location page should be different. Otherwise it will looping between home & location page redirection on first time load.
FYI you can enable apache modules mod_expires, mod_headers & mod_deflate to caching media and reduce load time.
Let us know.
