Help on deactivating address field in Geodirectory

    In the Geodirectory is provided two fields for address but iam trying to deactivate one so that one will only appear but it keep telling me \” HTML variable name should be a unique name\” and there is no place or button to render that field inactive as others has.

    What do I do? because i want only one address field in the form of adding listing

    Hi Peter,

    By default, there should be only one as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/etzsht . Where did the second field come from? Is it a custom field? Please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    unfortunately i have two and none of the two can be deactivated or render inactive.. I working with it offline, building the site on local server for now before uploading to live server

    Here is Image iam having. I have tried to to remove and install several times it keep appearing two…

    Hi,

    that’s not normal at all and I’ve never seen a similar problem.

    Please try to disable any non GD Plugins. If that doesn’t help, you’ll have to push the install on a live server or unfortunately we won’t be able to assist.
