I’ve fixed what you did in theme compatibility and design settings: http://www.altomhest.dk/lokationer/
However the theme chosen could create plenty of conflict (having several directory options built in)and you also have other directory plugins installed, that could also create other conflicts.
You are not up for an easy and clean start…
Thanks

December 13, 2016 at 5:25 pm #324338Hello again
Another question – hope that is OK?
I set default location to Copenhagen.
When i add a listing I can only choose location in area off Copenhagen. What am i doing wrong?
Kind regards
ThomasDecember 13, 2016 at 8:23 pm #324412You are doing nothing wrong, the free plugin only allow to work within the default location. To extend to multi locations, you need the location manager add-on: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/
Thank you
December 27, 2016 at 5:40 pm #331137Hi again
I have now bought location-manager.
But is it a need to use REGION. It causes a lot of problems. Can i disable REGION so the user not shall type in this information?
Kind regards
ThomasDecember 27, 2016 at 7:03 pm #331185Hi,
the region field can be hidden only if your directory is limited to 1 region. If your website is for more than 1 region, that field is mandatory.
Thanks
December 27, 2016 at 9:49 pm #331255OK, that is not good.
In Denmark we dont use regions – så the user will have to use the city as region – and it is not user friendly.
I think it is also very difficult to use the GEO settings for the user – and the MAP won´t show properly all the time in the listing. Typically if you use the zoom function it won’t show properly.
Kind regards
ThomasDecember 27, 2016 at 9:51 pm #331256We recently helped another user from Denmark and he didn’t report any of these problems.
I’m sorry, but there is nothing we can do in this case.
Thanks
December 27, 2016 at 11:47 pm #331288Can you please take a look at my site – and see if it works OK ?
Ill sent you login info earlier.
Thanks Thomas
December 28, 2016 at 12:15 am #331292Your directory home page is here: http://www.altomhest.dk/location/
This is where you add a listing: http://www.altomhest.dk/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place
This is a Listings/category page: http://www.altomhest.dk/ridebutikker/
You should not use the “GD Gmap Homepage” widget there , but the “GD Gmap Listings” widget.Your theme or another plugin is also adding the Google Map API, it is best to prevent that.
December 28, 2016 at 7:25 am #331510Hi again
Thanks for the very quick answer again.
Your theme or another plugin is also adding the Google Map API, it is best to prevent that.
How shall I prevent it from that?
If I look at this : http://www.altomhest.dk/ridebutikker/butik-med-webshop/dyrenes-eldorado/#post_map
… and look at the map (Kort) the zoom function is not working.
Kind regards
