    Hey guys,

    When I go to create a listing, sometimes I get the following prompt when I have a previous incompleted listing entered. If I click the clear button nothing happens. The blue prompt box remains there and the previously entered data remains in the form. How do I fix this?

    “Hey, we found some unsaved changes from earlier and are showing them below. If you would prefer to start again then please click here to remove this revision.”

    PS: Which City, Country is your helpdesk based? I live in New Zealand and if I want help it seems I have to be awake in the middle of the night to get you guys at work. Otherwise I have to wait all day for a response. You guys are very helpful by the way.

    When the button is clicked the content should be removed, indeed, and the box should disappear. It may come back again if there is an autosave, especially if the form is reloaded.

    Please share WP Admin so we can take a look.

    Hi Alex,

    You need to complete a form to list a new place or event etc. Before you submit the form you exit out so it has been completed but not submitted.

    The next time you go in the blue box pops up.

    When I just used it again I got the form to show my previous partial entry. When I clicked the link to start fresh it worked. Seems like it is working as expected. It did take a moment to clear the form, maybe that is the issue?

    Hi Alex, thank you. It did take a while for me also when I tried just now. I must have been a little impatient the first couple of times I tried.
