Hide billing details form in wpi-checkout check out page

    Hi,

    I would like to hide the form for Billing Details in the /wpi-checkout/ page. So this page starts with “Item Name” followed by “Select Payment Method”. I am using cash and 2checkout forms of payment and this form is redundant as 2checkout asks for same information again in their payment form.
