    Hi,

    I’m using the following shortcode:
    [gd_listings post_type=”gd_retail” post_number=”5″ tags=”b” list_sort=”random” with_pagination=”0″ layout=”1″ hide_if_empty=”true”]

    The hide_if_empty means the message “No listings found which match your selection.” should not show on the front end correct? Is there something out of place?

    hide_if_empty="1"

    will hide the entire widget. It will not leave the no listings found message. It looks like some of your quote marks are incorrect.

    Make sure to use the shortcode builder for every shortcode.

    I’m using version 1. Is there a short code builder for v1 or is that only v2?

    No, that doesn’t seem to work.

    No, there is not shortcode builder for V1. Forr V1 there isn’t an option to hide if empty, I think, but I will flag your question for the developers in case they know of a workaround.
