Home page places not updating

Hello:
I have two small issues,
1) I spent most of yesterday reworking my home page to set it up the way I want the businesses (Places) to display. It worked exactly as I wanted, this morning I looked at the page and all my work had disappeared and the old page has returned. (see image below: old_page then new-page) The new page is what I want, I applied Guust’s suggestions and it worked perfectly, until this morning, something occurred and I have no idea. I’m running the latest versions of GD and WP

2. On the detail page the google map is not loading (see image below: detail_map_spin) even if I wait for 10 minutes, it will not load. This was working just a few days ago.

Your suggestions are appreciated.

1. I think you might have some local caching issue, the frontpage looks like the new_page.gif to me.

2. You had asked to hide all Places on the map at GD > Design > Map > SHOW / HIDE POST TYPE AND CATEGORY ON MAP
I unticked that, so please check now.

I think that fixed it. I will also investigate the caching issue further. Thanks for the suggestion.
