    Dear colleagues,

When I open the geodirectory on my website, it no longer shows the whole of Europe, with all it’s listing icons…

    http://europeanaquaponicsassociation.org/members-area/directory/

It shows a teeny irrelevant location in Scotland, and when you zoom out – no icons for listings appear accross Europe.

Other maps in geodirectory working fine…

    Help appreciated.

Have you set GD Home as a sub-page? It should be set without a parent page…same for all GD Pages listed in permalinks.

If that isn’t it please include WP Admin credentials and login URL in a private reply and we will take a look at that settings.

One of your listings has bad lat lon data
    “1, Vale Lane, -3.43597299999999”
Try updating the address on that one

Thanks Alex – sorry for slow replies – on mat leave.
I’ve tried changing that listing – but hasn’t affected the issue.

It looks like the problem is around the ‘manage location’ element?

What I want – (which is what I had before) is the map on the top of the page – http://europeanaquaponicsassociation.org/directory/
to show all the pins in a zoomed out map, and for users to be able to zoom in and click on a pin.

What I have – is a zoomed in map of Bristol… with no pins (even though there is a pin in the city) and, zooming out of that map you’ll find no map pins of any other places either?

    Help appreciated

    Hello Alice,

Please do following so we can check more.
    – Update WordPress core & plugins to recent version.
    – Download & upload GeoDirectory Core v1.6.38 from https://wordpress.org/plugins/geodirectory/advanced/
    – Update GeoDirectory v1 plugins.

Let us know if this not fix the issue.

    Thanks,
    Kiran
