How can a user see their profile to change password

HI everyone!

Forgive me if this is a dumb question as I should know this by now.

I DO have the user dashboard activated so that users can see their favorites & listings they have created. But if a user needs to change their password, how do they view their own profile to do that? I can’t find any place on my site to do that.

One more question:

In GD > Notifications > Site BCC Options, I have “New User Registration” enabled. I notice that when a customer registers, I as admin receive an email with their LOGIN details including their username & password they used to register. I’m assuming most people have that turned off for security purposes and I shouldn’t be seeing that?? I mean, I would like to receive notification when someone registers, but I really don’t think I want to see their personal login details.
