How do I add places of interest with no address?

Hi,
I wanting to add places of interest with no address eg. rest areas on highways, lookouts etc. How do I use the directory for this – I would like to enter longitude and latitude to mark the location, currently when I enter a new place it requires me to enter an Address, City etc and will not let me use only longitude and latitudes to add it. Please help.
