How do I adjust the size and position of the Category Icon?

Good afternoon!
I use Map Icon as my Category Icon. I’m trying to change the size and position of the image using CSS, but I can’t. Can you help increase the height of the Category Icon from 50% to 80% and reduce the margin-top from 25% to 8%?
