How does a customer complete a renewal

    So, ive been doing the directory long enough for renewals to come up. The system sent a 5 day notice, cool.

    But, got an email from the customer asking how to complete the renewal. Want to make sure I don’t give out wrong information. Please let me know best thing to tell customer for how to best complete a renewal.

    I reviewed forum posts and Mod has put image of a renewal button found on listings (reply #31010). I dont see it for this button on the listing in question.

    Should be noted that this is a listing that I migrated to wpgeo and did not set up automatic recurring payments like i have for all new listings.
    Do they need to do the “Edit this Post” and complete a new checkout?

    Hi,

    they should go to “My listing” through the My Dashboard widget once their listing expires and click on the Upgrade Listing link and check out again.

    In this case they should be able to finally chose the recurring option (if exist) and forget about this in the future.
