how enable a client to reply to a comment

    Hello,

    How should I do to enable a client to reply to a comment on his restaurant?
    Is it possible without the “Claim listing add-on”?
    Which setup should I do?

    Thank you Kor,

    But is it possible that the owner of the restaurant can be noticed when there is a new comment about his restaurant?
    And that is name or signature appear like the owner of the restaurant. Like with Tripadvisor.

    Hi Sonia,

    The listing author will always be notified when there is a reply on the comment. Are you getting an email notification?

    Hello Kor,

    I wrote a comment on a restaurant listing to test it, but I didn’t received an e-mail to notice me that there is a new comment on the restaurant.

    If I don’t have the claim plugin, it isn’t possible to be notified when there is a new comment?

    Ah!It’s you that registered! Sorry, I deleted, I thought it was a spammer!
    Yes, I received, but what I want, is to receive a notification when someone write a comment on a restaurant.
    When I tried, I didn’t received any notification.
