How fix the update on the homepage

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    The text content of the homepage “never used to show up” thus the widgets placed on the home page would move to the top of the “Content homepage” widget section.

    All of a sudden after the update the text that I had on the home page moved the homepage widgets down below the home page text.

    Thus I had to delete all the text on the homepage thus leaving it with no SEO. http://whatshappeningtoday.

    My concern is that before this this update happened the page was very well SEO’d.

    Since 1.6.3 any content added to the GD page will show on the top of the content section.
    Maybe there is a way to move it around, I’ll get Paolo to have a look.

    Hi,

    before this update, your home page custom text was only showing in the back end, thuse google could not index it and it was affecting your SEO at all.
