how insert in the menu the option "INSERT EVENT"

Hi,

I would like know how insert in the menu the option “INSERT EVENT”. I don’t find it in the menu’s choices 🙁

The page ADD LISTING is good only for INSERT PLACE and not for INSERT EVENT. 🙁
