When a business has created an account and listed their place, how do they add a profile image?

    Hi Fiona,

GD uses the default WordPress profile images from Gravatar. More info here http://en.gravatar.com/

    Thanks!

So what if the person wants to add an event as well as a place but wants a different profile image within the same account

    Hi Fiona,

Here’s what you can do. Enable the “Allow user to see wp-admin area” in GD > General . Then install this plugin that allows users to apply custom profile image. https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-user-profile-photo/

    Hi Fiona,

just to make sure we are all on the same page, by profile picture, do you mean the images in the listings gallery or the avatar of the user submitting the listings?

    Let us know,

    Thanks

I mean the avatar in the submitted listing. It would be nice to have it as the company logo for example on the business listing, but be able to change it if the same business want to list and event or a job
OR maybe it would be best to remove the option altogether.
I am using Supreme at the moment but notice that on Directory starter there is no profile image
If I change theme and dont like it and want to change back does it affect any of my plugin settings

That I’m sorry it is not possible, each profile can only have 1 avatar.

Only Supreme child theme shows the avatar of the listing owner.

Changing theme doesn’t affect plugin settings.

    Thanks
