How to Add Extensions to My Account for Support

    I’ve purchased multiple extensions to GD, and I’ve looked everywhere and I can’t seem to find anywhere that I can enter in information to prove I’ve purchased them.

    When I try to access the forums for those extensions, I get small message with a link to where I can BUY the extensions. There should really be a link to where you can go to enter in the info to prove you already have bought it.

    So… Where do I go?

    You should be able to get access after syncing (if they are official GD extensions and not of a third party). You might have to sync your accounts again after each additional purchase.

    What exactly am I syncing? I don’t know how to do that.
