how to add unique landing pages to my site

Hi, I have been searching everywhere on how to design my own landing page before I launch my site with geodirectory theme.

I want some kind of landing page builder that allows me to customize a page to for example collect emails and add an op-in option before I launch my site.

The problem I am noticing is that when I use a landing page plugin like beaver builder, I still see the header, footer, and main geodirectory image of the map and I can only customize below this map image.

I want to simply create and customize a whole page and only set that landing page live before I launch my site.

I’m surprised it has not been easy to find a way to do this. It’s something so common for any startup to have pre-launch landing pages that are customizable and not be forced to keep a themes header, footer, etc.

I have also used thrive architect landing page builder and it looked like it was working well to create custom pages, but then it would all of the sudden break and my formatting of a page would disappear after saving and so on. Seems it does not work well with geodirectory.

Please help.
