How to allocate user role

“APUK Group Facilitator”
who is an author.
The problem you are having is that you are restricting the /add-listing/ page to administrators only, so your listing owners cannot edit the listing.

2. This message is not from GD:
“Sorry you don’t have permession to access this page. Please contact with administrator.Thanks”
but from the plugin that is restricting access to the /add-listing/ page.

3. Fixed the CSS.

The problem you are having is that you are restricting the /add-listing/ page to administrators only, so your listing owners cannot edit the listing from the frontend.
So either de-activate that plugin, or remove the restriction from the /add-listing/ page.

I have no idea really.I cannot find what is disabling that page.
I’ll check if one of the others can find the reason the /add-listing/ page is only accessible to admins.
I think it might be your theme, but cannot find the setting.

you have several non GD PLugins installed, please them all non GD Plugin and check if the problem persist.

If it doesn’t reactivate one by one and keep testing till you find the culprit.

That way we’ll be able to see which one we need to work on.

This is obviously not a GeoDirectory problem.
