How to change default location or Country

Hi, when I try to add a listing, the map is always default as Philadelphia (I don’t know where it is). As my site only serve people in Australia, how can I change the default map as in Australia? so that i can’t change the default country as in Australia in “Change Location” as well. thanks heaps.
