    How to fix or remove the menu? The language is not English. Recoding did almost everywhere else fails. At least tell me how to remove this little window. In fact it does not make sense.

    Can you give us a URL of where you can see that?
    And what do you mean with recoding? Maybe that is the error?

    Хорошо, я удалил полностью плагин и заново его установил. Проблема не решилась- скорее всего конфликт. Как вычислю, так здесь отпишусь.

    But this screenshot made with Denwer local server, and you see the error the same as on my website. I need to know just how to remove this pop-up stitch. There are people in the know? How to do it?

    The problem is that the title of the marker when mouse-overed is not converting your language characters. See http://www.momentone.ru/places/ for an example.
