    HI,

    that is still under development, we only started extending the wp rest api (not plugin it is included with wordpress core now.)

    This will probably be ready in 4 to 6 months.

    At the moment for our product there is no alternative and I don’t think you’ll find anything for wordpress.

    Through an external app no.

    The only think you can do is extending the WP REST API creating all necessary end points using our functions. (which is what we in the process of doing).

    However we are talking about a huge amount of work.

    With GeoTheme that is the big brother of GeoDirectory (theme and plugins all in one) you have Android and iOS App included.

    I read GeoDirectory is the newer and more advanced version of GeoTheme.

    Dear developer team,

    this is a very important feature for me, because with that i want to show content of one geodirectory blog at blogs of a totally seperated multisite and want to integrate it into mobile apps.

    Questions:
    1) Which scope can be expected when finished?
    2) Is July (January + 6 Month) still realistic for latest goLive?

    Hi,

    as far as I know the extension of the WP API with GD endopints is not very far from being completed.

    Last time I checked the developers said a Beta should be ready by the end of April. I would forcast couple of weeks after that to be more realistic…

    I wouldn’t be happy if they push it much further than that, so regardless I’ll do my best to have it ready by May the latest.

    Please, could I have access to the current version even if it’s an Alfa?

    I’m developing a web using your fantastic plugin and an App using Titanium Appcelerator. Later I will add to the App many more features but in less than two weeks I need to show a basic version with a map and a list of nearby places to the current location or a certain address. Naturally, the data for the App was going to be read from your plugin’s API.

    Could you help me on this?

    Hi,

    unfortunately that is not possible. We won’t release it to anyone until it’s ready.

    Now we would have to invest far too much time in packing it into a plugin to release it just for one member.
