How to keep sites main theme with Whoop! v0.0.3 Theme installed?

Hi , I ve installed geodirectory as detailed in the whoop installation guide. I m at the point where you install the whoop theme. But, I don’t want to change my whole site to the whoop them, just the geodirectory. Is it possible to do that when you upload the Whoop! v0.0.3 Theme to themes, or will it change the whole site. I don’t want the directory as the main page

If its not possible for the site to have the whoop theme separately as part of the main theme (health info site) , Is the only way to install the whoop, as a separate stand only directory , in a separate folder on the root.

Basically it ll be too confusing for site users to have additional menus on the front page, but , I want to do a health directory, where users can rate their local healthcare providers, worldwide, for the treatment of this condition & recommend Drs. Also the discussion group would be integrated & events. It would be more complicated to link two separate wordpress sites. http://www.fibroid.network

Or does it need whoop as a theme to make it work, if all the other elements are installed. I don’t want the directory to be the lead home page. I would like it to be something that could be assessed in the menu tag, preferably in the sites main colours, but its ok if its the whoop theme but just on the directory/events/forum part. The main theme is currently blue

At the moment when I click to live preview , the whoops theme before activating, lots of errors come up. I m currently using the medicenter theme
