How to make new Addlisting field appear in Details Page?

    Hi,
    I have created a site by the name of http://www.hirehomeservice.com to list home services.
    I have added a filtering field in the ‘Add Listing’ form by the name of “Looking for Employment” with a check box for “Part-time” and “Full-time”, but this info is not display listings detail page.
    So, if some one clicks on the “Part-time” or “Full-time” check box in the listing form, how can I show on the listings detail page that his person is looking for part-time for full time job once the listing has been submitted and approved?
