How to set edit/modify listing status to pending preview

    Hi,
    How to set edit/modify listing status to pending preview instead of instant approval.
    I’m here talking about Edit/modify listing not Add new listing.

    I tried the snippet and it did nothing. User can still get auto approve when edit list.

    Oh, ok, the developers will need to check on that.

    Please share WP Admin credentials and login URL so we can login.

    Also include a URL to where you added the snippet.

    Hi Abdelaziz,

    You have disabled email notification for “Send an email when a listing is edited by a user”. Enable that option from GeoDirectory > Settings > Emails > Admin emails > Listing edited.

    Hello Kiran,

    I activated “Send an email when listing is edited by user” and it works except the user is getting the message “Your Changes are now live” and not “List waiting approval” See attached. Also user is not getting email says his list edit waiting approval but he get this email only after list approved by admin.

    What should I do to fix this

    Hello,

    you can edit the email notification to change that text. Try it out and let us know.

    I could not located a way to do that from the link you sent. This should be fixed by theme developer as it should be part of the option to not allow list update to be live without admin approval. Can you imagine what type of nightmare we, the admins, will go through if users can edit listing without approval. Waiting for solution.

    Update..
    I had to use Loco plugin to change the message. I hope you can integrate the option “pending approval for edit listing” in the next update instead of the snippet and text translate.
