HTTP 500 error

    Please help, after selecting “publish” on the free package – the subscriber receives HTTP 500 error message. The listing gets posted but the subscriber doesn’t know that because of the message received and tries to publish again. That results in multiple listing and duplicate content

    I have checked in backend settings and all settings seems correct. We need FTP details to look into more.

    Hi Tamara,

    Thanks for providing info.

    Now it don’t shows HTTP 500 error message, i have checked with successfully created free & paid package listings. I did not have any changes.

    Thank you, Kiran -I have no idea what caused the problem yesterday – any ideas so it doesn’t happen in the future?
