Hi Robert,

Thanks for your reply. I can’t seem to find any issues with your WP installation. However, it seems I’m able to upload images through the WP > Media > Add New. I’ll forward this to a developer for further assistance.

Hi Robert,

Please check now. You have incorrect at WordPress > Settings > General > Site Address (URL). You have used Site Address (URL) with www & WordPress Address (URL) without www.

I have removed www from Site Address (URL) and now image upload is working fine.

The only problem now is i have activated the plugins and now the contact form and the woo commerce links that i have put in the custom HTLL widgets are not working.

sorry to be a pain but any ideas?

i think the shortcodes are not working in the custom HTML Widgets.
