I can't install the GD framework

    I don’t want to repeat this Problem but is there a solutions?

    I installed the free version – tested and deactivated it,
    I want to install the GD Framework, but I can’t install the GD framework nor the GDF_child, both are throwing me errors, as seen below:

    Installing Plugin from uploaded file: GeoDirectory_framework_1.2.8.zip
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
    Plugin install failed.

    GD Framework and its child themes should be installed as themes, not plugins.

    Thanks for the info that worked, but now I have to find out how it will work with the Avada theme or GD with AVADA?

    You can only use one theme on a WordPress site. You can use the GD plugin with the GD Framework and a child theme, or you can use the GD plugin with Avada and a child theme.

    Thanks, For the quick help.
    I think I got it, I use the GeoDirectory plugin for wordpress. Version 1.6.21 and use all the membership addons. Step by step I’m moving forward thanks to your online documentation (is the documentation available as PDF?)
