    try WP Super Cache, if your host supports it. You can also check with your host to see what they recommend for WP.

    Alex,

    Another quick question. When a subscriber logs into the website, their profile information does not appear in the top right corner.

    Could you please advise how I can correct this?

    That feature has been removed from the theme.
    The developers are considering adding it back into UsersWP in a future version.

    Hi Again,

    It happened again. I went onto my website and I click on an icon located on the map to view my upload image and “error”.

    Kor, it was fixed before but you never gave a solution to the problem. could you please take a look and advise on the problem. I would like this to be resolved for good.

    It appears to be the map that isn’t excepting the location I’ve moved the icon to. When selecting “Preview” to see the image, the map says “no records Found” – Photo attached

    I’ve tried turning off plugins and turning them back on. Why has this become an issue all of a sudden?

    Hi Matt,

    listing data is not saving. Do you have a staging site where you can disable non-GD addons to see if you can identify a conflict?

    We will need FTP to take another look.

    Hi Kiran,

    I talked to my host and after a few hours of them checking everything over, they said: “Issue seems to be with website scripts , it would be great if you could contact your website developer and update the plugins, themes accordingly to the wordpress version ”

    I am not sure exactly what plugins I need to update.

    Hi Kiran,

    I updated the plugins, but the issue is still there.

    I noticed there was a “test” upload added. Did this work for you? I’m a bit confused because all of the plugins were already updated prior to you working on the site.

    Please advise if I misunderstood what I was suppose to update to correct this issue.
