    Hi,

I found hundreds of errors in my php_errorlog file and they look about as follows:

[24-Apr-2017 14:24:26 UTC] PHP Warning: Illegal string offset ‘Brazil’ in /wp-content/plugins/geodir_location_manager/geodir_location_functions.php on line 525

[28-Apr-2017 04:53:18 UTC] PHP Warning: Illegal string offset ‘Western Sahara’ in /wp-content/plugins/geodir_location_manager/geodir_location_functions.php on line 599

What is wrong and how do I fix it?

    Thanks in advance

    Dale

    Hi Dale,

Where can I see that error? It’s not appearing on the homepage or the backend when I checked on it. Do you mind listing down the steps in order to recreate the issue?

    Thanks!

    Hi Kor,

I cannot see any errors on the homepage or the backend of the site. I found the errors in the error file (php_errorlog) which now has the size of 373 MB due to this error.

The file is in the root of my WordPress installation.

And even though I cannot see the errors on the site something seems to not be working the way it should with the location manager plugin. And I would really like to get rid of the error before I run into bigger problems, lost data or something else.

    Thanks

    Dale

    Hi Dale,

I’ll ask a developer to check on this.

    Thanks!

Hi it does seems like your wp_geodir_countries table do not have all the rows.

Can you make sure it has Brazil row?

Use phpmyadmin to browse the tables. If you have no idea what phpmyadmin is then use this plugin to browse the table.

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/database-browser/

Delete the plugin once you are done.

Let me know how that goes.

    Thanks
