Image duplicates and cannot delete

Good morning,

I wonder if someone could assist me.
This is the second GEODIRECTORY site that I have created, however on this specific one has a few issues.
When I create a place and add images, sometimes the images duplicate themselves multiple times (This seems to have stopped or slowed down) and on top of this once an image is added I cannot delete the image. If I delete and save the place then the image is back 🙁
