    Greetings,

I have a problem with changing the size of the image in a listing detail page as well as the display on the listings page.

Changing the image size in the dashboard->settings->media did not work.
Changing the shortcode in the details or archive or archive item pages made no difference, except when I changed the size to “thumbnail”- then it changed on the listing page a bit but made no difference for the details page.
Creating a new template page with the exact same widgets, save for a change in the post image one, where the size was altered, resulted in a pretty much blank page, with only the “next” and “previous” buttons present.
I also tried to put different extensions, namely .png instead of .svg but to no avail. The only difference was that svg maintains sharpness and png is blurry, as if over-stretched, no matter the size of the actual image and aforementioned settings.

The other problem I have is that when I open the details of a listing the bracket is too high and obscures the menu/header. Thus far I was unsuccessful in changing that.

I am using GeoDirectory V2 and have all the add-ons installed, except for: Buddypress Integration, Embeddable Ratings Badge and WP All Import.

I hope this is a simple issue to resolve and await your response.

    Sincerely,

    Revan

    Hello,

the image size option in GD Post Images lets you choose between the preset media sizes supported on your site, but has nothing to do with the size of the image on the screen.

The GD Post Images element will Always expand to fill whatever container it is in.

As an example, we put some limits on the container in the listing elements like GD Loop but only as a percentage of the page width. For example 25% for a grid 4 layout. GD Post Images itself expands to fill that 25%.

To change the size of the image on the screen you can either:
    1. Adjust the container, like, make the page width smaller, or,
    2. Add a column (same result which is to shrink the container).

You are using Elementor so you can use that to set the width of the container in either case, yes? If not, then you can adjust the desktop container width in the customizer for the theme.

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for the answer. I am sorry to inform you that I cannot check it as after the recent update the GD Listings widget stopped working properly. The places (or events for that matter) aren’t being displayed and the name is that of the home page. When one clicks on “view all” the name of the listing changes to “GD Archive” and the display is also without background and the details display is empty. When one picks a place via the map it works though. I have tried to reset the permalink style and to reset the template pages for archive item, etc. but to no avail.

    I attach screenshots.

I require your help ASAP with this gentlemen.
